We do not accept advertising, will not pass on any details of any user of the site to any third party and will not sell or give away any mailing lists to any third parties. You may notice that we don't even ask who you are - it's not that we're disinterested, but rather that we seek to protect your privacy. We do not track you after you leave our site and neither does anyone else, to our knowledge. We do not send you a "cookie". We do not even track you whilst you are on our site. We have no fancy cyberwoozles that will leave marks of their presence on your machine without your knowledge or follow you from site to site, forwarding the information to third parties. Not only are we not interested, we simply don't have the time. Even if we had the time, we would not indulge in such intrusive practices. We do not use insidious internet viral marketing techniques, either. k12teachoverseas uses third party cgi script providers to enable Search, Submission and Donation facilities who may send a Cookie to your computer. If you go to your Preferences folder in your browser, you can set your browser to warn you when a cookie has been sent and you may also choose whether or not to accept those Cookies. If you choose to refuse Cookies, the site you are at may not work properly, i.e. you may not be able to complete a search, for instance. Please rest assured that k12teachoverseas does not have access to any of these cookies, neither are we interested in the information they contain. If you choose to leave a tip (and we hope that you will) using a credit card to do so, we would like you to know that we will not be storing any credit card details either on our site or elsewhere. Credit card payments will be forwarded to us by 2checkout.com over whose actions we will have no control. 2checkout.com have informed us that they do not store any credit card details on their computers. The only personal information stored on this site is information which users submit to the home swap, stay or rent section for posting on the site. |
